For orders of $89 or less, shipping is only $8.

All orders will have 4-7 day transit time depending on the destination.

** Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii MAY be charged additional $7-$12 in postage for orders exceeding $89, inspite of qualifying for free shipping, due to the unavailability of Ground Shipping to these states.

Exceptions to our Free shipping offer will greatly depend on the weight and the size of the order. For most orders, shipping will be free for amounts totaling $89 or more, but heavy and large dimensional sized items will be subject to additional charges, only covering the postage cost. There will be no handling charges.

NaturesStore.com, at its own discretion, will defray some or all of the costs as it deems best our customer's interest in mind.

Shipping charges for international orders will be determined at the time of shipping.

Minimum $12 shipping applies automatically.

All orders will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Global Priority, unless the country of destination does not honor this service. Delivery times vary from 8-14 days, depending on destination.

OVERNIGHT AND EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Overnight and Express shipping are available with a minimum charge of $24.00. Additional charges will apply for large and heavy orders. All Express shipments must be specified in the Special Instructions at the time of checkout.

** We reserve the right to ship expensive orders via Express shipping for added protection to our customers for receiving their order and for insurance benefits to NaturesStore.com. Additional costs may be defrayed by NaturesStore.com at our discretion, taking the best interest of our customers in to consideration.

Express services vary from country to country. Delivery times vary from 6-8 days, depending on country of destination and their required Customs clearance.

Countries that we do not ship to:

We do not ship to select countries due to their strict customs and regulatory laws in place. Please contact us if your country of destination is not listed. We reserve the right to refuse an order and not to ship to any destination.

Import Taxes, Dues and Liabilities:

All destination taxes, liabilities, etc., are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must fully accept paying for any taxes that may apply to their shipments. NaturesStore.com is NOT responsible for any taxes, or import fees, etc., that may/will apply to international shipments.

It is the full reponsibility of the customer to pay import taxes, fees and dues, when they make any purchase from NaturesStore.com.

Refunds on International Shipping Costs:

There are no refunds on any international shipping charges.

The customer is responsible to pay all international shipping charges, import fees, custom dues and taxes. Such fees are not subject to refund by NaturesStore.com and will not be credited back to the customer should orders be returned.
